The community is invited to visit the Richmond Museum of History for a FREE opening reception celebrating the opening the forthcoming exhibition “How World War I Changed Richmond” in the Seaver Gallery. The exhibit features dozens of World War I related artifacts with connections to Richmond, California. Many artifacts have been in the Museum collection over fifty years and will be on display for the first time.
The exhibit commemorates the centennial of the United States involvement in the war I and is unique in the San Francisco Bay Area. The reception is your chance see the exhibit for free and learn about how the Great War changed the City of Richmond forever.
